Free Sri Lanka Tourist Visa (ETA) for 40 Countries

With effect from 25 May 2026, nationals of the following 40 countries can obtain a Sri Lanka Tourist Visa (ETA) free of charge for stays of up to 30 days:

Important

Even though the visa is now free, travelers from eligible countries are still required to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) before arriving in Sri Lanka.
